She was always readily available to answer our questions (and we had a lot of them!) and to offer advice. She kept us well informed at all times during our search and during the real estate transaction. She was extremely flexible with our limited availability, adjusting her schedule on several occasions to accommodate ours. Roxanne is one of the people you meet where you just walk away kinda shocked with how genuine she is. We looked through a few agents and she was the only one that really seemed to care about our needs. She replies every time and quickly. She didn't mind me calling her or texting her anytime. When things got hung up with the bank she talked to them directly and did everything in her power to simply make it easier on my wife and I. I just want to start by saying how amazing Roxanne has been! She both helped us buy and sell our house. When buying she was flexible and fit everything to our schedule. She searched through so many houses and kept showing us more until we found one we fell in love with. We had quite a few demands and she found a house that met them all! When selling she again did a fantastic job! We asked her quite a bit with how we should stage things or paint the walls but she was always there. She had an open house right away and sold the house within 2 weeks. Through all the paperwork, with both selling and buying, she explained everything every step of the way.
